I have what I think is a tumor near my pancreas, so I started it in Nov, 2024. It got better and went away. Just yesterday morning I felt a dull pain there. I got back on it yesterday.

My dog was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma in May of 2024, and given 2 months to live. This sarcoma doesn't respond well to chemo, and Pinball was not a candidate for splenectomy (2 masses), due to possible pheochromocytoma related hypertension. He also could not take hypertension meds due to kidney disease. He's been on fenbendazole and Ivermectin since last September. He also takes rapamycin and metformin, as well as tons of supplements. He did lose a lot of weight, BUT remains happy, active, and well, alive! If you aren't familiar with hemangiosarcoma, it's one of the most aggressive cancers in dogs with very poor prognosis even with the so-called Gold Standard treatment. He's 55lbs now and still taking between 1000-2000mg of fenben daily, no breaks. He also takes Ivermectin 6mg every other day, and I use an IVM spray on days he doesn't take the IVM pill. He has maintained normal hemoglobin and RBC levels, and his vet is more concerned with his CKD and hypertension than with the cancer. To anyone reading this, my experience has been up the dosage, watch your liver enzymes, and don't look back. Healing vibes to all!

Dr. Makis, I think issue #1 is the biggest problem. We don't know if the drug has the composition stated on the package. It is very likely that some of the non-responses are due to the patient not getting the prescribed dosage. One solution is to get it from multiple sources.
A family member of mine has seen their PET scan go negative using liquid Durvet ivermectin (taking the veterinarian injectable formulation orally) 1 mg/kg daily for stage 4.

Secondly, after completing the fast I would wait at least 2-3 weeks before getting tested again (blood work) as the body will be settling out and hormone cycles will be all over the place.

Refined concentrated CBD oil has been used as well to treat cancer. Both, 12-24 mg Ivermectin and 444 mg Fenbendazole.
